Cryptotermes sp. Extreme problem in imported timber items such as boats, furniture, musical instruments, cricket bats, etc. Colony lies entirely within a single piece of timber which provides all of the colony needs for food, moisture and shelter. If the colony runs low on any life requirement they must fly to a new piece of timber and begin a new colony.
