Ryegrass Removal

Numerous sulphonyl urea herbicides are registered for the control of ryegrass in warm season turf.

Research conducted at the University of Sydney turf plots had shown that best control is achieved from synergy between Destiny^® (iodosulfuron) and Tribute^® (foramsulfuron).

The fastest and most effective Ryegrass control has been achieved with a tank mix of Destiny at 150 g, Tribute at 0.5 L and a non-ionic surfactant at label rates. In dense oversown Ryegrass situations increasing the water rate to at least 400 litres per hectare will improve spray coverage.
