Update: Cypress Lakes Golf Club Use Tribute To Control Kikuyu And Paspalum
Craig Molloy has been using Tribute® to tackle Kikuyu and Paspalum on his course over a two-year period. We look at his results and discuss the benefits.
We visited Cypress Lakes Resort in New South Wales to catch up with Golf Superintendent, Chris Malloy to get an update on the progress of his turf with Envu's Tribute® Herbicide application. Back in 2012, Chris's goal was to improve the playing surface on the fairways by targeting the growth of Paspalum and Kikuyu grass and boost memberships to the golf course. Chris shared that he observed significant improvements after his first application and was pleased to also see even better results after his second application several months later. This change did not go unnoticed by players who were amazed by the transformation in the fairways!
With this, Chris plans to continue with multiple applications of Tribute throughout the course. Watch the video to learn more.
