Update: Half Moon Bay Golf Club Signature Xtra Stressgard

Grant Cockerell, Superintendent at Half Moon Bay Golf Club in Cairns shares with us his insights and experiences with using Signature Xtra Stressgard^®. Grant faced significant challenges with disease, specifically Pythium disease, due to the heavy rain and the course's layout. The club has been primarily taking a reactive approach to disease prevention but implemented a preventative program last year targeting the nine greens most susceptible to disease.

These greens, treated with Signature Xtra Stressgard, performed well even during heavy rain and high temperatures. The treated greens exhibited improved visual health and chlorophyll output. The club experienced a notable reduction in disease outbreaks during the wet season, which had been particularly challenging.
