Preventative fungicide programmes give the best results. This involves autumn and spring applications. Autumn application should occur when soil temperatures fall below 16°C, and this is now in many areas. Bayfidan* is registered for the control of Take-All at 6L/ha. Fungicides applications need to be washed into the root zone.

*Please note that Bayfidan has been discontinued.
