We speak with Phil Beal, Superintendent of the Australian Golf Club, as he deals with the turf management issues of preparing a course for the Emirates Australian Open 2019. In this video, Phil discusses the preparations on the surrounding turf that are still underway leading up to the tournament.
 
Phil shares the difficulties he is facing with the fairways and the targeted treatments in place for turf diseases such as Fairy Ring. Overall, progress is being made, and the team is optimistic about the upcoming tournament.
