QSAC Grounds Manager Matt Oliver shares with us his recent couch grass trial on the high foot traffic marshalling area.

The Queensland Sport and Athletics Centre (QSAC) is a popular event space and a premier training hub for junior and elite athletes. In this video, we speak with Matt Oliver, Grounds Manager at QSAC to learn about the results from a Couch Grass trial on the high foot traffic marshalling area. Before the trial, the area was treated with herbicide, excavated, and sand was brought in before laying the turf. The trial will last 12 months to evaluate the performance of the different grass varieties. Watch the video to learn more.
