As temperatures cool in the autumn, perennial grass weeds such as Kikuyu and Paspalum channel their energy downwards to underground plant parts such as roots and rhizomes. This means that translocation of systemic herbicides like Tribute^® can be optimised at this time of year, and a higher level of weed control on these hard to control weeds can be achieved.
