Shaun Bowden discusses the challenges in his first summer as Superintendent at Royal Hobart Golf Club. Nematodes and nutrient deficiencies were Shaun's key challenges. There was an historical perception that Tasmanian golf courses didn't get Nematodes, but when Shaun noticed the greens declining he discovered a buildup of Nematodes.
