Two New Turf Products Launched (2021): Tetrino And Dedicate FORTE Stressgard
We are pleased to announce the launch of two new turf products in 2021, officially announced at the Sports Turf Management Conference and Trade Exhibition on the Gold Coast. The new products further extend Envu's focus on solutions to improve turf health and playability in the face of the pressures applied by the demands of golfers, climatic extremes or some of the most problematic pest and disease issues.
Tetrino Turf Insecticide®
Tetrino® is a new insect control solution from Envu, offering an unmatched combination of performance, ease of use and efficiency, whilst delivering fast control and lasting protection with a low rate of active ingredient.
James Royal, Turf Sales & Marketing Manager stated that “Turf insect pests can present significant challenges for maintaining turfgrass consistency and playability. We look forward to working with our agents and turf managers over the coming weeks and months to introduce this new insecticide and ensure that our customers who face issues with turf insect pests, such as Argentine stem weevil, African black beetle, billbug and armyworm to name a few, enjoy the benefits which come from using Tetrino.”
Tetrino will be available in winter 2021 from our appointed agent network and comes in a 3L pack.
Dedicate® FORTE Stressgard®
Dedicate® FORTE Stressgard® is a new turf fungicide that delivers excellent disease control and enhanced plant health effects resulting in improved consistency and playability of turf surfaces. It is a powerful and proven DMI fungicide with advanced formulation that delivers class-leading disease control of tough soil-borne and foliar diseases, with excellent turf safety providing the flexibility to use year-round and when turf is under growth regulation.
Jyri Kaapro, Senior Market Development Specialist says “Dedicate FORTE Stressgard contains tebuconazole and is our first DMI fungicide for Australian turf managers with Stressgard formulation technology. Dedicate FORTE Stressgard will provide an excellent tool for early season, preventative applications targeting fairy ring. As well as providing preventative control of fairy ring, applying Dedicate FORTE Stressgard in this early season application window will reduce inoculum of other diseases that typically don’t appear until summer but become active in early spring.”
Dedicate FORTE Stressgard will also be available winter 2021 and comes in a 1L pack.
