With less than 4% of women in the pest control industry, we were excited to have a chat to Megan a pest technician at Eagle Pest Control and hear what motivated her join the industry.

Megan from Eagle Pest Control became a technician to work alongside her husband and have flexibility with their children and daily life. After working as a laborer for 18 months, Megan decided to take a course to become a licensed technician. She brings a woman's touch to the business, approaching problems differently and providing a unique perspective. Megan mentions that customers are often surprised to see a woman performing pest control services.

Megan encourages women to pursue a career in pest control, emphasizing that it is rewarding, requires problem-solving skills, and they do not have to conform to traditional gender roles. Watch the video to learn more.
