Why do this course?

In this course you view three videos – one in each part – on residential pest control. Each video is set in a different location, featuring different construction types and problems. Neville Hedge, Jeff Einam and Brett Black from Envu, review each residential property with the aim of determining the best approach to pest control.

Part 1: Neville gives you an essential guide on how to approach a new job. His advice includes how to deal with your new customer, and he offers strategies on pest control assessment of a property.

Part 2:  View the second of three videos on residential pest control. Neville notes that his clients are not keen on pesticides in the home, so his initial inspection will assess this brick property with the view to conducting a perimeter pest control treatment.

Part 3: View the third of three videos on residential pest control. Here we have a double-brick home on a sandstone foundation with upper timber cladding. Although the owner has reported an internal ant problem in the television room, Brett and Jeff also plan to conduct an external inspection of the home and property to assess what other pest problems might exist.
